What We Do

1.

— We Listen

Listening and empathy are essential elements to practice good medicine. Effective management of chronic pain occurs when there is a strong therapeutic partnership between you and your doctor by listening closely to the your pain experience.

2.

— We Assess

Assess your pain carefully to understand the underlying causes of your symptoms. As part of your evaluation, we may perform: a detailed medical history, comprehensive physical exam, electro-diagnostic studies, imaging studies (such as X-Rays, CT scans, MRI scans), and diagnostic injections.

3.

— We Diagnose

Diagnose pain syndromes of all types, including muscular, skeletal (bone), neuropathic (produced by injured nerves), post-surgical and cancer pain.

4.

— We Educate

We aim to educate you about your pain condition(s) and the various treatment options available. Our clinic staff welcomes your questions and concerns, and will make every effort to ensure confidence in your doctor and the office team. It is our goal to exceed your expectations.

5.

— We Provide Care

Together we develop a pain treatment plan for your specific medical needs. It may include a combination of medications, injections, bracing, physical and occupational therapy, minimally invasive surgeries, and referral to other physicians if necessary.

6.

— We Support

We work with you to help you keep pain at a tolerable level, increase your independence, improve your sense of well-being, decrease and possibly eliminate the need for opioids and other sedatives, return to work, and create a home exercise and activity program to prevent a recurrence of pain.
