Medical Emergencies
In the event of a life threatening medical emergency, call medical emergency services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Guardian Medical Care – Center for Pain & Headache Medicine and they will contact us if needed.
After Hours Urgent Medical Needs
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctors after our regular hours, please call at (912) 324-4080. Dr. Dangaria is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.

If you have a question related to your bill or insurance, please contact 844-591-1998, extension 415.
Insurance & Payment
At Guardian Medical Care – Center for Pain & Headache Medicine, we accept most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (912) 324-4080 to find out if we accept your insurance plan. If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard.
Referrals
If your insurance is an HMO/managed care plan and you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit. Please coordinate this with your primary care physician in advance. Appointments will be rescheduled if the required referral is not received in the office by the time of your visit.

Dr. Dangaria at Guardian Medical Care – Center for Pain & Headache Medicine has hospital affiliations with: Southeast Georgia Health System – Camden and Brunswick Campuses, Ascension St. Vincent’s Riverside and Southside Locations, Touchton Surgery Center, Jacksonville Surgery Center, and Riverside Surgery Center.
Prescription Requests
Please be sure to request all medication refills at the time of your office appointment. Dr. Dangaria does not call in refills of medications. Prescribing of narcotic medication is never done by telephone. Guardian Medical Care – Center for Pain & Headache Medicine strictly follows the State and Federal Medical Board guidelines for chronic pain management. Please anticipate your refill needs to prevent an interruption in your medication supply.
